Be Wary a.k.a Beware

This just ran around my imagination throughtout the day.

IMAGINATION ONLY!

I have a friend who went to a mall. He passed the entrance and was frisked by a guard. He quickly went to the men's room to fix his hair - most men do that. He went to Timezone and saw his friend. They played Dance Revo ( ha-ha-ha, imaginaaation ). The guy decided to reload his card, but suddenly no wallet.

Possible Answers:
1. He left his wallet.
2. His wallet was snatched on the way.
3. He dropped his wallet on the way.
4. The guard who frisked him snatched the wallet.
5. The guy behing him in the Men's snatched his wallet.
6. The audience in Timezone got his wallet while dancing.
7. The devil had no cash.
8. He had a hole in his pants
9. He tapped his other pocket.
10. and many more....

the thing which bothered me was #4. i don't mean to offend them, it's their job. just be sure they do not abuse their job on frisking. even though they just tap you, allegedly checking for deadly weapons, be careful!

What adds Merry/Happy to a Christmas?

There is a common reason for this.
Family.

It appears in some advertising commercials wherein a part , usually the breadwinner, of the family is gone. This Christmas, i understand that situation, my Mommy went to work a while a go. Only for a day, but some have worse. They barely see them in a year.

The Family is the First and Vital Cell of Society... Morality Class, haven't taken in depth studies.
in the Family, love starts( setting aside that it comes from God ) or love is nurtured( to avoid contradictions). parent's possess the undying desire to care for the family, even thought it may not be seen in their acts. it was there even before our starting(children's PoV) breaths in this world. the sacrifice they underwent, all for our sake. remembering all of this especially the sacrifice of the OFW's - heart-aching to be without them this Holiday. i find it difficult to explain.

Love is nurtured in our own family.

Seasons

Most people say that Christmas is a Season of Giving, but it is also a Season of Acceptance. I believe the later is greater than the other.

The Reponsorial Psalm for the Ateneo Christmas Eucharist was: "come, Lord Jesus, we welcome you"... something like that. This makes the Season of Acceptance greater than any other thought. Nevertheless, all thoughts must be present and in harmony with each other. *** "How can you accept when no one is giving?" And there it is. a Simple thought

In a different context we have the Season of Love. Not the romantic love that most of us know, but the "Orginial" Love - desiring the good for others. This Christmas what good is there in giving and accepting? UNLIMITED! Passing down the Holiday Ham. Opening the gift of people who's hand are tied to their Chicken. Getting the snapshot for people to remember another season of appreciation. :)

Happy Holidays

Never Give Money

tawanan nalang lahat

TAO?"seryoso ka dyan?"

10 things during Noche Buena

These are the things I imagine

1. Eat
- Siyempre di yan mawawala. Madalas na inihahanda sa akin ay Pear-shaped Hamon, Queso de Bola, Camaron Rebusado, "estofado", "beef lengua", Goldilocks' Cathedral Window and Fruit Cake, Red Ribbon's Sansrival, House of Silvanna's Silvanna, Coke and 7uP.

2. Story

4. Chat/Use the net

5. Fireworks

6. Gaze
- nakatambay sa labas at nakatingin sa langit

7. Sleep

8. Listen to the Radio

10. Standing Near the Presents and Waiting
- alam na.

* bulok ng ten ko :D

the Jeepney Barker

Have you ever passed UP's Sunken Garden? Have you seen the Jeepney Terminal? How about its barkers?

i was about to enjoy my trip going to Ateneo for our Christmas Mass and Salu-salo. from my house, i was able to arrive at my last riding point - UP Diliman. it was already a one-way-road campus, so the Katipunan Terminal was moved a little bit to the left side, facing the Sunken. i went to the newly parked jeep and payed at once to the barker, or the person who tells the jeep's destination.

after staring at the campus for a few moments, this barker shouts his usuall routine.

ohhh! Katipunan!!! Katipunan!!! Katipunan!!!
ohhh! Katipunan! Kanto! Katipunaaaaaaaaan!

it was hilarious to hear him shout it. his voice was extended or prolonged giving it a battle cry effect. in addition he was wearing the usual Filipino farmer outfit- faded maong, a white shirt, but no hat :D

and so i, laughed the hell inside. it was so entertaining that even before the jeep was half filled, i was still imaging this person with a bolo/machete and a straw hat.

Remembering this:
